Great experience from the start! Dr. Garrett Criswell did wonders with my teeth, I love the result of the treatment! Mercy was helping me during most of my appointments. I was nervous a lot but she was very calming and had answers to any questions I had. The staff were always welcoming and always made me feel comfortable!

While visiting the area with my family for two weeks, my son’s expander slipped out of place and was dangling in his mouth. I found MBO on Google and called to ask if they might be able to help fix or remove the expander. MBO’s scheduler worked my son in the very next morning, and Dr. Criswell helped him at no charge. Every person in the office is kind and helpful. My son and I are very grateful!

We were traveling through town to go camping in Big Sur and my son’s wire came out of his braces and was cutting his mouth. We showed up without an appointment in hopes that they would help him and they were amazing. The fact that they treated us so well when we weren’t even their clients speaks volumes. They took their time and made sure that he was comfortable before we left. My son and I truly appreciate their kindness. Highly recommend and I wished we lived closer.
