I had one of the best experiences at the MBO orthodontist. Every worker was extremely nice & friendly, like even more so than usual, they gave me plenty of info on my procedure, Invisalign & what to expect. They allowed me to ask questions & answered them thoroughly. Everyone was so kind & positive that it stuck out in my mind. I even got a bit of a discount for my procedure! I love this office & am excited to come back. If their dental treatment is half as good as they treat those coming into their office, I’m sure my teeth are in great hands.

Awesome visit. The whole staff were friendly and welcoming. Transitioning from braces to Invisalign. Today my braces were removed and prepped for Invisalign. Kim was great at making me feel at ease and relax. She scanned, took X-rays and took a mold of my teeth. She’ll be making the retainer. Dr Jaydee was friendly and very gentle while removing the residual glue from braces removal. Just a great experience in general.

As a transfer patient, I was worried they wouldn’t want to take me on since this will be my fourth orthodontist (military moves caused treatment disruptions). However, they were incredibly welcoming and kind. I’m excited to begin treatment here. They even have a military discount for braces! There’s a reason why they have such great reviews.

Dr. Criswell is my second orthodontist because I moved from a different state and had to switch doctors. I am so glad I did. He not only knows what he is doing but also he is very kind and personable. You could trust this doctor with your teeth. Very competent. I did not have the same feeling with the previous orthodontist even though I picked him based on good reviews. He also has a great team of helpers and staff. Very professional and nice. I came from out of state and somewhere or the other I bent the metal on my braces. They were so willing to work with me. The staff was very friendly , the orthodontist was amazing and the facility was very clean. Thanks for being willing to fix my braces. I would highly recommend. Two thumbs up.
