Fantastic customer service!! After calling 24 Orthodontists in Aptos, Capitola, Scott’s Valley, Watsonville and Salinas this office was able to get me in to have my permanent retainer removed after it broke. I’m glad there is at least one Orthodontist office in the area that knows how to schedule appointments. Thank You!

While visiting the area with my family, my daughter’s braces wire shifted and started cutting the inside of her cheek. I found MBO on Google and called to ask if they might be able to clip the wire. MBO’s scheduler worked my daughter in quickly and got her fixed right up. Every person in the office is kind and helpful. I am very grateful!

The office was very friendly and warm. They were also professional in every way. The doctor and assistants were very knowledgeable and explained all the processes including potential risks since my teeth are not very strong. They also explained how to strengthen my teeth and gum as well. I felt no pressure in all this. It was very pleasant visit😃

This I had a very good experience with MBO so far. They are efficient and professional. I have a clear plan and feel that I am in very good hands. Updating after my 2nd appointment, I am still very pleased with my experience. The Team is buttoned up! They are friendly, skilled, efficient, informative, and have great customer service. Almost half way through! Still quite satisfied with the service and care team. I love the progress towards a better smile! I’m going to love having straight teeth!

Great experience from the start! Dr. Garrett Criswell did wonders with my teeth, I love the result of the treatment! Mercy was helping me during most of my appointments. I was nervous a lot but she was very calming and had answers to any questions I had. The staff were always welcoming and always made me feel comfortable!

Staff was so kind. My 9yr old son had a lot of anxiety about getting his expander put in. They were amazing at explaining it in detail and put his mind at ease.

I had a broken wire on my permanent retainer, and I got appointment the next day. It was fixed quickly and efficiently and checked by the orthodontist. They solve my problem and I am very grateful.

We were traveling through town to go camping in Big Sur and my son’s wire came out of his braces and was cutting his mouth. We showed up without an appointment in hopes that they would help him and they were amazing. The fact that they treated us so well when we weren’t even their clients speaks volumes. They took their time and made sure that he was comfortable before we left. My son and I truly appreciate their kindness. Highly recommend and I wished we lived closer.
