I definitely recommend going to this orthodontist office. My dentist recommended them due to a bite issue I am having. I was immediately impressed at how thorough they all were. The efficiency of the staff, from the xray tech, to the front desk and other technicians was like clockwork . The doctor took his time and gave me many solutions on how they could help me but also gave me other solutions for me to try at home. It was obvious he cared about my situation and not to just try to get my business. They were all friendly and all worked together as a great team. All very impressive.

We had a great experience with Dr. Criswell treating two of our kids. As a parent himself, he understands the needs of a family balanced with orthodontic needs only recommending what is necessary. As an added bonus, he is military friendly and gives a nice discount. I wish we were staying in the area for him to treat our other children.

I met twice with Dr. Criswell for two consults and he seemed to genuinely want to help as I was experiencing tooth pain for 6 months due to possible traumatic occlusion.
